Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (with flexibility during peak periods)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join a fast-paced and growing team based in Maidstone, within a food manufacturer. What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting the full end-to-end procurement process
• Managing data entry and system updates
• Handling buying and invoicing administration
• Liaising directly with suppliers to maintain strong relationships
• Assisting with export documentation and compliance
• Supporting transport coordination and logistics
• Staying on top of market trends and industry updates

What we’re looking for:
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience in procurement, buying or supply chain (advantageous)
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with suppliers
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to be flexible during busy periods
