Job Description - Procurement Assistant

The role

Are you ready to take the next step in your procurement career? Or are you a recent graduate with a keen interest in purchasing and supply chain? We’re looking for a Junior Procurement Assistant to join a dynamic and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy procurement function, supporting a wide range of projects and services across the business.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with purchase order processing and supplier onboarding
Helping maintain accurate procurement records and databases
Supporting contract and document management
Assisting with tender and quotation processes
Providing general admin support to the Procurement team
Contributing to internal reporting and procurement updates
Getting involved in continuous improvement initiatives:

The person

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing role (including internships or placements) OR a recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
A team player with great communication skills and a proactive attitude
