Procurement Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedProcurement Coordinator based inLeighton Buzzard to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Summary of the Procurement Coordinator role

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of the Procurement Coordinator

• Subcontractor management.
• Vendor creation.
• Provide, expedite new, used, exchange and subcontract materials.
• Procurement of spare parts.
• Monitoring and progressing delivery with vendors.
• Raise purchase orders.

Requirements for a successful Procurement Coordinator

• Previous procurement and materials management experience.
• A degree within a relevant subject or qualified by experience.
• Strong working knowledge and experience of SAP.
• Proficiency in Excel with all-around good IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills.
