What you’ll be doing

• Ensure 500+ vendors meet all compliance, safety, and insurance requirements


• Track, update, and manage supplier documentation and deadlines


• Conduct audits and produce weekly/monthly compliance reports


• Analyse supplier performance and pricing trends


• Support supplier onboarding and maintain strong relationships


• Streamline processes and keep accurate records in SharePoint & Microsoft Dynamics

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 A-levels (or equivalent) + 3+ years’ procurement experience


• Strong Excel skills and comfort with procurement systems


• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities


• Great communicator with both suppliers and internal teams


• CIPS qualification (desirable)
