CRP Group Global have partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in South Yorkshire to recruit a Procurement Lead for their aftermarket division. This is a key role focused on the strategic sourcing of all-makes bus parts, including body, driveline, and electrical components.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement and category strategy for aftermarket bus parts
• Support sales with market intelligence and target pricing to protect gross margins
• Work with global teams to leverage volume and drive cost efficiency
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and timely delivery
• Support tender processes to secure the best commercial outcomes
• Coordinate part localization in India for improved cost and volume advantage
• Ensure supply chain performance aligns with business KPIs

Key Activities:

• Manage RFQ to LOI process
• Approve technical feasibility with suppliers and aftermarket engineering
• Align commercial terms during tenders
• Oversee tooling and fixture management, including cost agreements
• Negotiate part pricing using Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) and target cost models
