Procurement Manager to lead a dynamic procurement team, with a particular focus on
raw materials and packaging across a diverse manufacturing operation.

What You’ll Be Doing - Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team (4 direct reports)
- Deliver end-to-end procurement strategies focused on raw materials and packaging
- Build and nurture supplier relationships to ensure cost-efficiency, quality and supply continuity
- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation
- Negotiate contracts and secure the best value for the business
- Ensure all procurement practices are aligned with environmental and regulatory standards
- Partner with planning, production and logistics to meet demand forecasts and minimise risk
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier performance reviews
- Monitor procurement KPIs and deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making
What We’re Looking ForEssential: - Minimum 3 years' procurement experience within FMCG, with a focus on raw materials and packaging
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Commercially minded with a keen eye for cost optimisation and efficiency
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and the use of procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Desirable: - Proven team leadership experience
- CIPS qualified or relevant degree in supply chain, procurement or business
