Key Responsibilities:

Lead procurement activities: sourcing, negotiation, and compliance.

Ensure adherence to internal and framework procurement policies.

Support strategy development, risk management, and supplier audits.

Verify supplier credentials in health, safety, sustainability, and carbon reduction.

Negotiate contracts to align with client requirements and budgets.

Build strategic supplier partnerships for high-quality, cost-effective delivery.

Manage procurement plans, tender processes, and rebate tracking.

Represent procurement in client workshops and drive supply chain innovation.

Promote a culture of health, safety, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Requirements:

Proven experience in strategic procurement within infrastructure/utilities

Relevant degree and professional qualification (CIPS or equivalent).

Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills.

Proficient in ERP systems

Ability to lead, self-manage, and collaborate effectively.
