Procurement Manager

We're seeking a forward-thinking Procurement Manager to join a growing team and take the lead in shaping a new approach to procurement across a diverse organisational landscape. In this strategic role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement sourcing strategies that reduce costs, enhance supplier performance, and unlock greater value. You'll oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from market engagement and tendering through to contract award and supplier relationship development. The position also involves driving stakeholder alignment and promoting consistent, high-quality procurement practices across multiple teams.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in procurement, ideally with experience managing complex categories and working within cross-functional environments. You'll need to bring strong commercial insight, a structured yet adaptable approach, and confidence in navigating both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a focus on delivery are essential.

Experience in regulated procurement settings is highly desirable. A proactive mindset and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement and change will be key to success in this role.
