An industry leader is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive procurement efficiency, supplier rationalisation, and stakeholder engagement across it's branch network.

The Role

This is a hands on, business facing procurement role managing a diverse and fragmented opex spend portfolio across 20+ operational branches, managing a circa £80m spend. You’ll work directly with both on the ground teams and senior leadership to improve supplier performance, build procurement processes, and deliver measurable value.

You’ll also contribute to wider group level procurement initiatives, helping to embed governance, improve compliance, and drive sourcing practices.

What we are are Looking for:

• Strong, proven experience in procurement, ideally within multi-site or operationally intensive sectors.
• A strong grasp of Opex or direct spend categories.
• End-to-end sourcing expertise: supplier analysis, RFx, negotiation, and contract management.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; able to work across varied levels of seniority.
• Commercially minded, data-driven, and solutions focused.
• Willingness to travel nationally, anticipated 20% travel.
• Degree or CIPS qualification (preferred but not essential)
