Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + 10% bonus + HC + 10% matched pension + succession plan for career advancement

A newly created role, Procurement Manager - Cocoa. This is a high-impact role responsible for sourcing, sustainability, and supplier management of cocoa and chocolate, ensuring top-quality ingredients go into products enjoyed by millions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the procurement of cocoa and chocolate - balancing cost, quality, and supply continuity.
• Leading supplier relationships and negotiations to secure favourable commercial outcomes.
• Supporting innovation by working with NPD teams to source new ingredients and capabilities.
• Embedding ethical and sustainable sourcing practices into the procurement strategy.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development teams.
• Using data to inform decisions, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings.

What We're Looking For:

• Procurement or strategic sourcing with experience in sourcing cocoa, chocolate, or very similar food ingredients
• Confident negotiator with strong supplier management and commercial skills.
• Comfortable analysing data and working with systems like SAP.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• A passion for quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
