Location: Heathrow Airport
Rate: £550 - £650 per day outside IR35
Duration: 6 months +
Start date: ASAP

Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong technical and engineering background to join our team on a contract basis. This is a high-level role for an expert who can hit the ground running, assess existing procurement processes, and deliver meaningful enhancements.
What you’ll do:

Lead the review and improvement of procurement processes and frameworks.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise sourcing, supplier management, and cost control.
Create, review, and refine scope documents, ensuring they align with technical and operational requirements.
Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify areas for process enhancement.
Provide expert guidance on best practices and compliance.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in procurement management within complex, technical environments.
Must have a strong engineering background to understand technical requirements and scopes of work.
Strong background in process analysis, development, and implementation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver results within tight timeframes.
