Procurement Manager FTC

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to support our UK and international operations, with a particular emphasis on UK rail. This is a key role within our procurement team, responsible for delivering tenders and contracts across a range of categories including Infrastructure, FM, IT & Systems, Retail, and Professional Services.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead procurement processes from strategy to contract award, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain strong communication across operating companies
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with organisational objectives
• Oversee supplier performance and support ongoing contract management to drive efficiencies
• Champion best practice procurement methods and ensure compliance with governance frameworks
• Contribute to wider team initiatives including cost optimisation and service improvement

About you: You’ll bring experience of end-to-end procurement in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Knowledge of public procurement or rail operations is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your strategic mindset, clear communication style, and ability to build trust with internal and external partners alike.
