Our focus for the next 12 months is on scaling further across the UK and Europe and continuing to deliver an exceptional client experience. Our target revenue for 2024 is 6 million.

Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual, who will be part of our procurement team sourcing, selecting and purchasing quality FF&E and OS&E products for interior design projects across the UK & Europe. You will work alongside the Procurement & Design team on various projects as we continue to offer differentiated design solutions to our clients.
Alongside your teammates you will build strong relationships with an optimal and appropriate supplier portfolio that suits the needs of our clients while remaining commercially focused in terms of quality and product margin.
You will be responsible for ensuring all products are ordered for projects and that procurement milestones are met, with goods arriving in good time for install and are of the expected quality as well as being commercially viable (profitable). This role is extremely commercially driven and it is important you understand the need to maximise profit on procurement while offering value to our clients.
You will be swift to solve problems which will be made easier with your excellent communication and not to mention the strong relationships you have built with suppliers in order that you can easily negotiate the best pricing and resolve problems easily.
You will support the design team on the projects you are assigned to, including but not limited to updating visuals, adding products to our platform, sourcing & selecting furniture and liaising with suppliers. As a key aide to the design team you must be creative, commercial and have a keen eye for design.
You must also liaise with the finance team, to ensure orders are paid for in a timely manner or as required. You must also ensure you keep paperwork in good order including invoices, order confirmations and purchase orders, ensuring these are where they need to be at the right time.
You will be a team player with an “owners mentality”, and will be willing to do whatever it takes to deliver on your milestones and commercial targets. We are also a small team, and its important you are comfortable getting your hands dirty and show willingness and versatility. Here, there is no such things as “That’s not my job” We are a small studio and are all equals, and you will be expected to be able to build relationships and easily work alongside our junior staff as well as our founders.

Day to Day Responsibilities
Support the lead designer on projects to which you are assigned which may involve (but not limited to) updating keynotes, preparing design visuals, updating spreadsheets & schedules, loading products to our platform and completing installation plans.
Assisting creatively throughout design and install.
Supporting our design teams with any miscellaneous admin in order to ensure the smooth running of our projects and delivery of project milestones..
Obtain and arrange samples for the design team and clients.
Obtain supplier quotations and negotiate on price and terms for both standard and bespoke FF&E and OS&E items.
Place orders and liaise with each supplier to ensure every order is delivered on time and to the correct specification, and as per the quality expected
Ensure all purchase orders on your respective projects remain within budget, with the correct VAT rate and administrative details as required by financeMonitor the fulfilment of each project, which requires detailed coordination with vendors, freight managers, project managers, and warehouses to ensure all products arrive on time.
Responsible for snagging or any out of stock requests during the project, ensuring all information is added to our platforms and internal documents and information on replacements is easily accessible to our design teams and clients, at pace.
Maintain accurate spending reports and assist the accounts and project management teams to complete final project reconciliations.
Working with the procurement team leader on opening new accounts and ensuring our databases and files are kept up to date and information is readily available for our designers.
Assisting the procurement team leader and design team with sourcing new suppliers and always being on the hunt to help us offer better products at better prices and at speed to our clients.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Design or Procurement or related discipline. Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and has a can-do attitude.
Excellent technical aptitude and willingness to learn appropriate procurement and workload management software.
Clear communicator; fluent in English, both written and verbal, and fluency in French, Spanish or Italian would be a great advantage.
Good working knowledge of the FF&E procurement & design process - preferably within the hotel and hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
Enjoy working in an exciting, fast paced environment with an ‘owner mentality’
Extremely goal oriented and disciplined around timekeeping and schedules.

Hours and package
Hours - Full time contract Salary - Based on experience, between £28-32k
Incentive package - Includes bonus and/or company options
Location - Hybrid - 3 days in our London Office in Bloomsbury.
