Role Purpose:

The Procurement department is responsible for managing and setting Procurement governance, policies, and controls for Allwyn Entertainment Ltd., with a direct focus on supporting UK businesses with the sourcing of goods and services.

The team has a huge focus to identify and deliver value across the supply chain with a wider range of experience and talent within the team.

Job Purpose

As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing an important part of the end to end purchasing process, driving best practice and creating a vital central support function for our stakeholders and suppliers.
The role will be instrumental in the implementation of a new central function, developing and fine tuning the new processes and procedures.

 

You will be an integral part of the wider Procurement team, providing purchasing information and updates on an ongoing basis to both the Procurement team and other stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy Team Co-Ordinator or Purchasing Administrator to join our growing procurement team to help us build our best in class centralised strategic team.

 

The Procurement Operations Analyst, will be part of a team of 2 in the UK and will demonstrate behaviours which meet Allwyn’s core values, evidence an eye for detail and a determination to drive through new ways of working.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Continual monitoring of a busy central mailbox for all purchasing requests
  • Ensuring all stakeholders are responded to and kept informed in line with SLAs
  • Checking all information provided by the business is accurate and complete
  • Liaising with commercial finance teams to ensure requests are budgeted and coded correctly, as required
  • Ensuring correct business sign off on all purchase requests, based on Delegation of Authority levels
  • Timely and accurate entry of data into SAP
  • Proactive chasing of purchasing request approvals
  • Logging all requests and maintaining the master tracker in real-time to provide accurate information on all purchasing requests
  • Offer ideas on process improvements and enhancements
  • Proactive chasing of goods receipt information from the stakeholders
  • Problem solving and managing issues to full conclusion
  • Goods receipting and management of delivery evidence in SAP
  • Management and closure on all PO balances
  • Liaising with the accounts payable team on any invoicing queries with the  suppliers
  • Development and regular production of a dashboard to report on the progress and status of all open, outstanding and completed tasks
  • Ensuring SLAs for processing PRs and POs are met
  • Support Social Value team in maintaining a positive and collaborative culture
  • Continually assess and promote sustainable and responsible procurement, in line with Allwyn’s Social Value framework, including social, cultural and diversity values in the organisation

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of purchasing processes and P2P principles
  • Experience of raising PRs and Goods Receipting in SAP
  • Good overall commercial awareness and understanding of cost control
  • Good Understanding of Procurement processes and principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of delivering process improvement in a new function
  • The ability to process and manage multiple requests at anytime
  • Is able to work resiliently under pressure, managing their own time, alongside planning, organising and communications skills

As part of our onboarding processes, all successful candidates will need to complete both a Pre-Employment Screening process and a Fit & Proper check by the Gambling Commission. These checks include a DBS (an enhanced check, which shows convictions and conditional cautions), credit and social media checks. As part of our application process, you will be asked to identify in advance if you have spent or unspent convictions that we need to be aware of.

Should you not disclose convictions at the application stage, not pass the Fit & Proper Check process or not complete your Pre-Employment Screening then unfortunately you may not pass our probation process.
