Procurement Services Lead **Internal Only**

We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Service Team Lead to take responsibility for Procurement Services team providing continuous service provision. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to managing work schedules,  strong problem solving skills, and  is capable of working in a fast paced environment.

Your working pattern will be Monday to Friday, office hours. 

You main responsibilities will include: 

• Creation and implementation of new processes, including supplier onboarding, contract repository, PSL communication and compliance, rebate / prebate recovery
• Build long-term supplier relationships aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
• Playing a key role in our project delivery programme and supporting business-wide initiatives
• Value / risk opportunity identification
• Maintain precision in contracts, audits, and regulatory processes.
• Stay agile in response to shifting priorities, regulations, and market conditions.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects under pressure
• Proven ability to effectively lead an administrative team to provide a continuous and high standard service
• Proven ability to effectively and proactively manage multiple and potentially conflicting stakeholders
• Confident in effectively challenging stakeholders
• Confident and effective communicator
• A general commercial mindset, always seeking to identify opportunities to add value
• Proven ability to rapidly build strong relationships sufficient to support role
• Experience of using Microsoft suite to produce and present reports
• Experience of managing a P2P process on SAP
