The Role:

• Advising and supporting clients on a wide range of procurement and insolvency issues
  
  
• Managing the full client lifecycle, from initial instruction through to billing and resolution
  
  
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents in preparation for court proceedings
  
  
• Ensuring regulatory and internal compliance across all matters
  
  
• Collaborating with colleagues to support team and firm-wide objectives
  
  
• Contributing to case strategy and liaising regularly with Senior Associates and Partners
  
  
• Taking full ownership of client files and progressing cases independently

About you:
We are looking for a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in procurement, insolvency, or related areas of commercial litigation. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
