As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll be responsible for coordinating all technical aspects of procurement activities related to bespoke materials. You’ll work closely with production, planning, and supplier teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement that supports our operational goals.
Key responsibilities for the Procurement Specialist include:
Managing purchase orders and vendor relationships using the MRP system
Monitoring lead times, logistics, and inventory levels to ensure material availability
Collaborating with internal teams to support production planning and forecasting
Evaluating supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring compliance with safety, legality, and traceability
Supporting cost-saving strategies
Attending planning and supplier meetings, providing insights and guidance

The Successful Procurement Specialist will be/ have:
3+ years of prior procurement experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain, sourcing, and supplier management.
Proficiency in MRP systems and MS Excel
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work
Enjoy working in a close knit team
Willingness to learn and grow with a business
