Do you have what it takes to become a Procurement Specialist ?

We're looking for a proactive and organised Procurement Specialist to manage supplier onboarding, contracts, governance, and supplier performance activities across the business.

Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and support operational and commercial outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, improving processes, and driving positive supplier outcomes. Based on the attached position description.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new suppliers, including compliance documentation and system setup.


• Coordinate supplier contracts, renewals, amendments, and contract administration activities.


• Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels and KPIs.


• Support supplier governance activities, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues and coordinating actions where required.


• Maintain accurate supplier records, contract registers, and procurement data.


• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier experience, and operational efficiency.

About you

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier management, contracts, or a similar role.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.


• A continuous improvement mindset and a customer-focused approach.
