Scope
This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement Team at Sincereal Group during a time of transformation.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will take ownership of the sourcing strategy of key categories (Raw Materials, Packaging) across both the UK and French Sincereal sites. You will have a passion for delivering value and building strong supplier relationships.
The role is responsible for leading contract negotiation, cost management, and supplier performance improvement to ensure the business benefits from secure supply, competitive cost, and high-quality service. You must be comfortable working at pace in a high-growth environment, with confidence in navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders. This is a pivotal role, ensuring a balance of cost, risk, innovation, and sustainability across the supply base.
Working closely with Planning, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain, you will ensure supplier capabilities, commercial terms, and contracts support stable production plans and operational efficiency. You will take responsibility in setting the strategic category direction and ensuring that supply is resilient, compliant and aligned to current and future business requirements.
This position is based at the Itancourt, France site, and frequent travel to suppliers and the Bromborough, UK site will be required. This role offers flexibility on hybrid working.
