Core Responsibilities Design Team Operations

• Provide ongoing support and coordination for designers


• Ensure designers understand priorities and workflows


• Facilitate collaboration across a global team


• Foster team culture, communication, and connection

Project & Sprint Management

• Manage Jira workflows and ticket tracking


• Ensure proper handoffs and linkage of work in Jira


• Track team bandwidth and assignments


• Support sprint cadence and agile practices


• Coordinate reporting and progress tracking

Stakeholder Coordination

• Gather and clarify requirements

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
