Product Administrative Assistant

Due to expansion, a long-standing and well-established business are looking for a product assistant to join their team!

You will be a key member in a newly refreshed team, as the company moves through an exciting phase. By using data, product information management systems and excellent communicating skills, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing products across a wide range of categories.

About You:

1 – 2 + years’ experience in a role with a similar skillset.
Experienced in and comfortable reading / editing data using CSVs and Excel spreadsheets.
Confident communicator, with strong English skills and the ability to copywrite and proofread effectively.
A keen eye for detail, spotting and editing inconsistencies and mistakes across online and offline data, information and collateral.

What You'll Be Doing:

Working with the wider product team and across different product categories. Ensuring all information is well-written and correct, and spotting potential errors.
Using a Product Information System to review existing product information and improving / editing accordingly.
Creating product tiles, product copy and meta data to enhance online product catalogues and SEO performance.
Supporting with the creation of online and offline product collateral.

Where You'll Be Based:

Your office will be located in Baildon and easily commutable from Bradford, Keighley, Horsforth and the surrounding areas. They have free on-site parking and are located within walking distance of Shipley Train station. This is a fully office based role, so being within a commutable distance is fundamental.
