Product Administrator

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Distribution company to recruit for a Product Administrator to take ownership of our master product data and channel management.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Salary £28,000

In this role, you will maintain the Product Master Sheet, input calculated pricing into buying group price files, and upload current pricing, promotions, and product specs across online portals. You will also collate packaging and sustainability data, generate reports via Phocas, and complete detailed customer onboarding specification sheets to ensure smooth product launches.

* Buying group portals – upload latest price files, promotions, and company information

* Buying group pricing – Update pricing for buying groups using spreadsheet calculators

* Online customer portals – Update product information, pricing, specifications

* Packaging and Sustainability Administration – Obtain packaging data such as L x W x H and weight and collate data for customer submissions

* Product Master Sheet – update product information and add new products with specifications

* Run Phocas reports

* Onboarding forms – when a customer is taking on new products we will need to populate their specification sheets with information such as SKU, description, weight, measurements, and selling points along with imagery if backlog with marketing

Any one with a ecommerce admin background would work well in this role
