The Role

• Be responsible for a improving the customer journeys and experiences across a range of products
• Understand and translate requirements from business stakeholders
• Work with cross functional teams to design and deliver requirements
• Own, manage, and prioritise the delivery of product features
• Support System Architects to design solutions

About You

• Experience working in a multi discipline team
• Solid knowledge of change methodologies and frameworks
• A confident communicator
• Demonstrable user centred approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills
