Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined Implementation Specialist with an accounting background to join our Product team. This role is crucial in supporting client onboarding, particularly when complexities arise related to integrations, data handling, tax rules, charging tax at checkout, and nuanced tax registrations.
You will be at the forefront of our product, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of our solution. Your insights and hands-on experience will help shape the future of the our clientour client platform as we continue to deliver the most advanced and user-friendly sales tax product in the world.

Key Responsibilities
*
Client Onboarding: Support new client onboarding by addressing integration complexities and ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data onboarding into the our clientour client platform.
*
Technical Integration: Work closely with clients and internal technical teams to integrate and configure e-commerce platforms, payment systems, and accounting systems.
*
Product and Process Improvement: Provide feedback and insights based on client interactions to support the development of new features, improve existing functionality, and enhance internal onboarding processes.
*
Technical Support: Assist in handling technical support tickets and resolving issues that arise during or after the onboarding process.

Essential:
*
Big 4 or BDO and GT Newly qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, CPA) or similar, ideally within one year post-qualification.
*
Excellent academic record in school and university.
*
Strong interest in technology applications.
*
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Self-starter with the ability and confidence to develop and implement their own projects and workload
*
Proactive, solution-oriented, and client-focused.
Desirable:
*
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and online payment gateways.
*
Experience or exposure to tax compliance tools and software.
*
Understanding of international indirect tax frameworks (Sales tax, VAT, GST).
