The Role
We are seeking a Product & Design Coordinator to support product development, design, and production across the Pixi brand. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and an interest in beauty product creation. This role will help drive day-to-day coordination and support cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day tasks across PD & Design and support cross-functional alignment with internal teams.
Create, manage, and track timelines and launch calendars for product development and special projects, monitoring critical path milestones and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Organize, log, and maintain samples within the production room and manage PD/Design sampling stock and product libraries.
Coordinate sample requests to support launch readiness, content development, and cross-team needs.
Support packaging artwork reviews and mock-ups, proofreading for compliance with brand standards and internal parameters.
Support basic design asset needs under guidance from the Art Director.
Manage vendor production schedules and internal tracking, ensuring alignment from development through manufacturing.
Manage batch and pre-production approvals, upholding quality and brand standards.
Prepare and maintain product documentation including bills of materials, specification sheets, item masters, trackers, recaps, and scorecards.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project summaries for leadership as needed.
Communicate priorities, status updates, and follow-ups to internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications
1–2 years’ experience in Product Development, Design, Beauty Marketing, or related area (CPG/Beauty preferred)
Strong interest in cosmetics, makeup and beauty industry trends
Basic understanding of product categories, textures, packaging, and consumer insights
Passion for aesthetics, color, formula textures, and product experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing shifting priorities
Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Comfortable receiving and delivering structured feedback
Ability to visually document presentations, lineups, and assets (PPT/PDF)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator + InDesign) is a strong plus
Positive, proactive “can-do” mindset and problem-solving approach
