Product & Innovation Manager – Legal Technology / AI

An established law firm is seeking a Product & Innovation Manager to drive the development and adoption of AI-enabled products, legal technology solutions and innovative digital services.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity to cover maternity

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

* Experience within a law firm’s, or legal tecnology experienced background innovation, legal technology, knowledge management or transformation function.

* Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI, including practical applications within legal services.

* Experience in product management, product development and managing technology-enabled services.

* Ability to identify, develop and deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, client service and commercial value.

* Experience managing technology suppliers, product roadmaps, testing and implementation.

* Knowledge of legal technology, including document automation, AI-powered document analysis, eDiscovery or workflow tools.

* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience driving technology adoption and change.

* Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, information security and responsible AI.
