Are you an experienced product compliance professional looking for a role where you can genuinely shape compliance strategy across Europe?
We're looking for a Product Compliance Manager to take ownership of product compliance across a diverse retail product portfolio. Working closely with Buying, Legal, Logistics, Operations and international stakeholders, you'll ensure products meet regulatory requirements while driving efficient, scalable and commercially minded compliance processes.
What you'll be doing
* Leading product compliance activities across European markets.
* Monitoring and interpreting regulatory changes and assessing business impact.
* Managing compliance projects from planning through to implementation.
* Coordinating product labelling, packaging updates and artwork approvals.
* Working with suppliers and external partners to ensure compliance standards are met.
* Developing reporting and KPIs to improve visibility of compliance performance and costs.
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
* Acting as the key point of contact for product compliance across the business.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs or Product Safety role.
* Strong understanding of product compliance and regulatory requirements within retail, consumer goods or a related sector.
* Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
* A commercial mindset with the ability to balance compliance requirements with business needs.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
