Product Coordinator / Analyst

KT & Coe Recruit are recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful business seeking a highly organised and analytical Product Coordinator / Analyst . This is a key role within the Merchandising team, supporting the with reporting, forecasting, and inventory planning across the business.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, commercial awareness, and a passion for numbers and process.

Key Responsibilities

Weekly:

• Produce and maintain Weekly Sales and Stock (WSS) reports

• Ensure the business is following the agreed critical path timelines

• Assist with forecasting and allocating inventory across departments

• Support stock distribution and allocation across multiple sales channels

• Liaise with suppliers and freight partners to meet delivery schedules

Monthly:

• Assist in compiling monthly merchandising reports

• Provide data for reporting to the board of directors

• Place stock orders for key product categories

• Support with seasonal and monthly buy planning

• Monitor and help maintain stock levels in line with company targets

Ad-hoc:

• Analyse product and sales data

• Support with end-of-season reporting and sale analysis

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure key products are featured at the correct times

• Contribute to achieving intake margin, markdowns, and promotional targets

Key Relationships

Internal:
Warehouse, Product Development, Operations, Quality Control, Events, Retail Stores, B2B, Finance, and Marketing

External:
Suppliers and Freight Companies

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Full UK driving licence

Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a merchandising or buying team

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced level preferred)

• Experience with inventory systems

• Background in product forecasting and buying

Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
