Product Data Management Technician

Location: Clevedon – Onsite
Salary: Up to £52,000

We are looking for an experienced Product Data Management Technician to join a specialist manufacturing company based in Clevedon.

As PDM Technician, you will be SAP subject matter expert for Product Data Management, supporting Engineering with complex SAP queries, Bills of Materials, product structures, routings and documentation.

You’ll also be improving SAP processes and work closely with Global SAP Teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

* Act as the SAP SME for PDM-related queries working across the business.

* Create, maintain and convert Bills of Materials.

* Manage product structures, routings, documentation and revision control.

* Investigate data issues, identify root causes and implement practical solutions.

* Develop and improve PDM standards, procedures and SAP processes.

* Work with the Global SAP Team on complex queries and improvement projects.

* Train and support new Engineering starters on SAP.

* Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and other departments to ensure product data is accurate and correctly structured.

Requirements:

* Strong SAP knowledge and experience, ideally within PDM or manufacturing.

* Experience with BOMs and product data.

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

* Ability to manage a high volume of data accurately
