In this role, you'll lead a small design team to develop technical drawings for cutting-edge products in the medical refrigeration sector. You'll play a key role in strengthening the company's brand through innovative CAD designs, while receiving support in your transition into management and further training in SolidWorks. Your work will make a real-world impact - reaching GP practices, NHS sites, and global partners such as UNICEF.

This role is ideal for a Product Designer ready to step into management and contribute to the design of impactful, life-saving equipment in a successful and expanding business.

The Role:

• Design medical equipment like GP/NHS refrigeration, portable vaccine fridges etc.
• Use CAD to create drawings
• Manage a small team of 2 design engineers
• Training on SolidWorks
• Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm (9-hour days, 4 Day Work Week)

The Person:

• Product Designer or similar
• Looking to step into management
