iGii have an exciting opportunity for a Product Development Engineer to join their rapidly expanding R&D department. You will join our Sensors Engineering team, working closely with our wider R&D department, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing innovative products and processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an applied engineer with some industry experience to grow their career in a high-growth environment with a fast-paced and collaborative culture, where you will work with some fantastic customers conducting research at the forefront of science and technology.
Your purpose in the Role:
You will be responsible for managing the design, manufacture and testing of product and process concepts, working on a variety of internal and external projects both independently and as a team. Your main accountabilities will be:

You will contribute to the development of high‑quality products by transforming concepts into manufacturable designs, creating rapid prototypes, and supporting projects from initial idea through to delivery. Your work will blend hands‑on development, strong design-for-manufacture principles, and rigorous documentation aligned with ISO9001:2015.
