Product Development Executive-Beauty Industry

Location: Ascot

Salary £28,000-£30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

My client is a fast-growing leader in the beauty industry, is on the lookout for a proactive and innovative Product Development Executive to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new beauty products, from concept through to completion. Your creative mindset and attention to detail will help us bring high-quality and trend-driven products to market swiftly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development: Lead the entire product development process, from initial research and concept creation to final production

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to define product positioning and go-to-market strategies

Market Research: Analyse industry trends and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities

Supplier & Manufacturer Coordination: Source and collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to develop innovative formulations and packaging

Process Management: Maintain detailed documentation, ensuring all product development stages meet timelines and specifications

Performance Analysis: Evaluate product performance post-launch and recommend improvements where necessary

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of two years in product development

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of product development processes and market trends

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships

Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Problem-Solving: A creative and analytical mindset to identify and resolve challenges effectively

Passion for Beauty: Enthusiastic about beauty products and committed to delivering high-quality results

Desirable: Previous experience in beauty-related product development roles is advantageous
