? Hybrid Working: 2 days per week from home

We’re looking for a talented and driven Product Engineer to help develop and enhance our next generation of high-performance products. ?? About the Role:

As a Product Engineer, you’ll:

Lead the design and development of new mechanical products
Manage projects from initial concept through to final delivery
Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and performance
Occasionally travel across Europe to support projects and customer relationships

? What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
3-5+ years of relevant engineering experience in product development or design
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
A passion for engineering innovation and continuous improvement
