Product Engineer 3D CAD

Our client is an internationally recognised, specialist manufacturer of fluid management hardware systems based in East Sussex.

They are looking to expand their design nd development team by taking on a Product Engineer.

Working in the design department, the role will be to take designs and generate basic modelling and assembly plans in CAD software to ensure item selection and designs are correct.

Tasks will include

Generating BoM's for new orders
Highlight risks associated and manage activities to ensure new products are engineer ed correctly.
Generate 3D modelling using Siemens NX
Work with Engineering and Applications teams to ensure effective communications relating to design and manufacturing of the products and solutions.
Managing drawings and information relating to designs.

You will be
Qualified Mechanical Engineer HNC r above
Have strong CAD design experience
Have worked within engineering design and development teams
Understand manufacturing processes when design and creating drawings.
