Description

• Management of the product lifecycle from product launch to discontinuation
• Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Required to attend and support set up and delivery of all UK marketing events including: One off trade and end user exhibitions, one off product launch events & annual NHS Product Awareness Days running from October to January
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Produce and review product requirements documents
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

Profile

A successful Product Manager should have:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Familiarity with market research, consumers' behaviour and marketing techniques
• A creative mind paired with a technology-savvy outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
