Product Manager

Hello potential future Product Manager colleagues. Hireful are looking for a new Product Manager to lead the product function, focusing on our recruitment software; a single, high-impact B2B SaaS product.

This role sits at the heart of our product team. You’ll enjoy getting stuck into the technical roadmap but also enjoy being able to articulate product vision & work on ideation with the wider company & clients. Ideal for someone who enjoys combining big-picture thinking with day-to-day delivery, managing a product that serves a growing customer base of UK businesses.

You'll be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, driving execution through agile methodologies, and supporting a small, high-performing team. You’ll be looking for a career opportunity; not just a position & will be excited to use your skills to blend strategy, leadership, and technical understanding - ensuring product decisions are data-driven, user-focused, and aligned with commercial objectives.

We have several AI driven solutions upcoming, which are big features of the product & see this as a long-term strategic growth area - so you will likely be very interested in the AI space & all the benefits of utilising this exciting area can bring to a SaaS product!

Job title: Product Manager or Senior Product Manager. We are firmly looking for someone to grow into this role & be our next "head of" Product.

Location: Base office of Strixton, here in Northamptonshire. We operate a hybrid work pattern, with a sensible mix of office & home. 1-2 days if local, in the office, but if further afield, then this can be accommodated too. Salary: Up to £60K Basic (DoE; £50K to £60K to give some idea of experience level) + Benefits package (Including private health, generous holiday allowance & ability to buy more)

A little about you, just to make sure you are comfortable applying. You should have, or be well on your way to having:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.

- Track record of owning a product end-to-end, including roadmap creation and delivery

- Confident managing and developing a small team or mentoring junior product colleagues

- Solid understanding of agile methodologies

- Comfortable working with developers and understanding technical trade-offs

- Passionate about building scalable, user-centric software that solves real problems
