Product Manager

Reed have partnered with a Global Engineering business in the Newport valleys who have undergone a substantial, and exciting amount of growth. They have a brand-new Product Manager role they’re looking to add to their new and developing Product Management Function. This is an opportunity for a strategic and driven Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a specialised product portfolio.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure effective execution of product requirements.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to guide product development and positioning.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept through to launch, ensuring all products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and integrate insights into product enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a manufacturing or product development setting.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and ability to lead cross-functional projects.
