We’re currently hiring a Product Manager to join a dynamic team working across Teynham, Sittingbourne, Canterbury, and Linton.

In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of product categories (including stone fruit, tropical, berries, salads, and more), working hand-in-hand with operations, technical, and commercial teams. You’ll play a key part in driving quality, managing packhouse yields, engaging with suppliers, and representing the business during customer visits.

What do you need?

• Experience in quality assurance, packing operations, or product management (fresh produce environment ideal)

• Strong understanding of customer specifications (M&S or similar preferred)

• HACCP Level 2 and TACCP trained (desirable)

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Prophet) is an advantage

• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities

• Full right to work in the UK
