Job Description - Product Manager

Our client, a growing consumer goods manufacturer, is looking for a Product Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This new role has come about due to continued growth and will suit someone with a few years’ product experience who’s ready to take the next step.

You’ll be involved in the management of product lines, from analysing sales and market trends to new product launches and working with different teams across the business. The role offers plenty of scope to work independently while still being part of an experienced team to learn from.

Product Manager
Job Description

Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities across multiple consumer goods markets
Analyse sales, pricing, and margin data using Excel (v-lookups etc.) and PowerBI to support forecasting and decision making
Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to manage new and existing product lines from research stage through to marketing
Take ownership of product categories, refreshing existing ranges and supporting the introduction of new lines

Familiarity working with consumer goods/retail markets
Confident Excel user, ability to perform V look ups
Strong analytical abilities
