Our team is our best asset. We work with extremely smart and talented individuals, who all enjoy a high degree of responsibility and independence in structuring their work.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with your team in imagining solutions that solve these problems.

  • Scope these solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can, whilst maintaining the delivery of world-class software in every release.

  • Be a clear communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them. Be comfortable in making decisions without consensus.

  • Analyse the impact of product features, decide how to measure whether something is a success or a failure then provide insight so we can continue to improve the product in the right direction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent) preferably in a data-driven discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Maths).

  • 3+ years product management experience.

  • Demonstrable analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Good tech understanding, having worked closely with engineering teams.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast paced B2B SaaS organisation.

  • Excellent organisational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams within a software organisation.

  • You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self driven.

  • Be able to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically.

  • A natural leader who earns trust with a collaborative, yet persuasive style.

  • An interest in Artificial Intelligence and the future of the publishing industry.

Benefits:

Our employees enjoy free breakfast every day, coffee, drinks and snacks all day, everyday. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; we order food for our weekly team lunches where everyone gets together for an hour of fun. We have monthly team events (dinner, bowling, karting, poker nights, board-games etc.) for our team to get to know each other outside of work. Professionally, we host in-house conferences and an annual summer camp for all our global employees who are flown to and hosted in London. We ensure that all our employees also get pension contributions, the latest tech, generous annual leave and an amazing office with a balcony overlooking Notting Hill.
