Product Manager

Working out of St. Albans, you will occasionally find yourself visiting retailers across the UK and Europe.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll manage the full product lifecycle – from concept through to launch – working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional customer-focused solutions.

Product Manager - What You'll Be Doing:

* Take full ownership of product specifications, packaging and performance monitoring.

* Manage new product development and drive launches with internal teams and key clients.

* Lead packaging development and artwork approvals.

* Conduct market and in-store audits to identify emerging trends and innovation.

* Benchmark product features against competitors and support strategic tenders.

* Maintain accurate customer data and manage product samples and testing processes.

* Provide insights through lab and panel analysis to support decision-making.
