As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Own the product vision and technology roadmap for your portfolio
Lead pricing strategy, KPI reporting, and contribution margin performance
Drive product launches from planning through to cross-organisational execution
Build competitive analysis, key messaging and market positioning
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to turn customer requirements into differentiated solutions
Represent the portfolio at industry events, conferences and trade shows
As a Product Manager, your experience will include:

A proven background in connector or interconnect product management, ideally within aerospace or defence
Strong technical grounding alongside genuine commercial and strategic thinking
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing and Operations
Confident, credible communication with clients and internal stakeholders alike
Comfort owning pricing, KPIs and product life cycle decisions
A self-sufficient, organised approach, with the ability to lead without close supervision
