Product Manager

Overview

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products at GoHire. You will be responsible for leading product strategy and execution from ideation through to launch and beyond, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.
• Prioritise product features and develop a roadmap based on customer needs and business priorities.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user analytics and feedback.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
