What we need
We’re looking for a stellar Product Manager to build a growing adoption of our B2B2C product, who is passionate about redefining how we embrace our health and wellbeing. We are looking for a highly experienced, naturally inquisitive, problem-solving individual who can assume responsibility for launching new product solutions. As a Product Manager, you will own product discovery and feature delivery from end to end. You’ll discover, define, and deliver on features in collaboration with users, stakeholders, designers and developers. Our Product Managers focus on the

We love Product Managers who are naturally curious, have a strong bias to action, are comfortable with ambiguity and love driving their teams to clarity. We believe in continuous discovery by engaging regularly with Data and User Research.

Who you are
Experience of bringing an early stage product to market
Highly skilled at taking ownership of feature delivery right through to production
Experience of testing and experimenting, making evidence-based decisions
Ability to prioritise competing opportunities and to articulate rationale behind decisions
Analytical and data driven; able to evaluate multiple data sources to identify trends, insights and to develop actionable recommendations
Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of creating collaborative outcomes with an agile teams of engineers
Skilled at driving results within a cross-functional environment, ideally working within a North Star Framework
Creative with a passion for solving problems
Exceptional communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience
Experience of working in a fast paced, start-up environment would be preferred
Ability to think big but ship small!

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Product Management
Experience in B2B SaaS and/or healthtech preferred
