DataMarked is seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of DataMarked. You will be responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap, collaborating closely with our internal teams and engaging with customers to ensure our platform meets their evolving requirements. This position would suit an aspiring entrepreneur wanting to get experience of all aspects of product management within an early stage startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the product roadmap, outlining key milestones and strategic objectives Collaborate with all parts of the business to define product requirements and priorities Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and prioritise feature enhancements Work closely with the engineering team to scope out required product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements Define success metrics and track product performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) Communicate product updates and progress internally and to customers Create and maintain public facing documentation, as well as assist with customer onboarding and support where appropriate.
Requirements
Experience in product management, and we're particularly interested in candidates with a track record of launching and managing one or more products from concept to delivery Combine an understanding of the ideal customer profile with internal visionary input to assist in driving the creation of early stage product designs Strong understanding of social media and the influencer ecosystem. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with customers Business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives Technical understanding and familiarity with software development processes; coding experience is not required but a plus UK based, with ability to travel for meetings (mainly London & Hampshire).
Benefits
Salary - between £35,000 and £45,000 depending on experience. EMI option scheme (have an ownership in the business with a tax efficient payout if/when we are sold or go public). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. More benefits to come as we grow.
