Product Manager

Our client focuses on providing dynamic solutions to help treat chronic conditions across Stoma, Renal and Diabetes for Patients across the UK. In addition to this, they offer a home delivery service for their products. This unique, friendly, and professional service continues to specialise and expand in products across the medical device industry.

What you’ll be doing
This role entails a mix of product lifecycle management, market research & analysis, product concept development, strategic planning, product definition, marketing communication and budget management. So, you will need to be prepared to wear many hats!
Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
Managing the entire product lifecycle
Monitoring product performance
Identifying trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape
Providing strategic direction and segmentation for marketing communications
Converting product feedback into valuable insights
Building and maintaining extensive KOL networks

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based within a commutable distance from the office in South Wales 50% of the time due to the hybrid nature of the position.
You’ll have 3-5 years of experience in product management roles in the medical device/appliance markets.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
Experience in a clinical setting/operating room
Comfortable managing product launches across multiple countries
Expert in coaching, mentoring, and educating team members
A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Science, Marketing or Business
A creative thinker
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of renal conditions, dialysis, or stoma care would be a huge advantage
