Your impact
As a Product Manager at Frive, you will drive our product strategy and ensure seamless project execution for our business operations. You will be the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring our projects align with the company’s goals and deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are reflected in the product roadmap.
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project roadmaps; set up meetings, take minutes, and manage project actions.
Technical Insight and Communication: Understand technical aspects of our products, particularly data requirements, without needing to code; translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and detailed specifications for developers.
Product Development and Experimentation: Research and identify new features and product offerings to enhance user engagement and retention; conduct qualitative and quantitative experiments to optimise product performance.
Alignment and Leadership: Ensure product roadmaps align with the company’s vision and commercial goals; lead product portfolios and work with multiple product managers to ensure cohesive strategies.
Problem Solving and Culture Building: Tackle complex problems and present data-driven recommendations; foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and strong cross-functional partnerships.

About You
Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of technology (including hardware integrations, software, infrastructure) and data requirements, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams; demonstrated ability to lead product portfolios and multiple product managers.
Project Management: Prince2 or other relevant project management qualifications.
Methodologies: Knowledgeable in product methodologies such as Jobs-to-be-Done, Customer Personas, and Prioritization frameworks.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including Heads of Technical, Procurement, NPD, and Production.
Resilience: Ability to manage high workloads and thrive in fast-paced environments with resilience and composure.
Problem Solving: Expertise in tackling complex problems and providing structured, data-driven solutions.
