The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering all Brokerage related initiatives, supporting the maintenance and growth of the stockbroking proposition. This includes providing dashboards, competitive analysis, and working with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure brokerage product requirements are met for all customers.

The ideal candidate should have stockbroking experience, a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, ability to drive regulatory change, demonstrable market and competitor knowledge, attention to detail, client-centric approach, and be a self-starter who can work well under pressure. They should also have excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Desirable skills include knowledge of investment funds and related products, retail platform experience, agile methodology, management and influencing skills, experience in equity compensation and brokerage, cross-organisational collaboration, financial planning, and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The client is a global investment management firm that offers a wide range of financial products and services, including mutual funds, retirement plans, and wealth management services.

Spearhead the development and implementation of all initiatives related to the Brokerage product
Ensure the brokerage proposition is well-maintained and continues to grow, meeting the needs of all customers
Provide insightful dashboards and in-depth competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate effectively with both external vendors and internal stakeholders to align brokerage product requirements
Possess a deep understanding of the stockbroking industry, including the competitive landscape and regulatory changes
Demonstrate a client-centric mindset in all aspects of product development
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Showcase excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Preferably bring experience in areas such as investment funds, retail platforms, agile methodology, equity compensation, and cross-organizational collaboration
Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with the ability to influence and manage diverse teams in a matrix structure

Any experience with platforms that investment management firms may use for re-registrations and transfers including Calastone, FNZ, and GBST would be highly beneficial
