Product Manager AI

Remote (UK-based) Up to £80k DOE Full-time - AI Innovation 

My client—a global tech-led localisation business—is investing heavily in innovation, with a newly appointed CEO and VP of Product driving transformation from the top down. As part of this growth, they’re launching a dedicated AI Lab focused on cutting-edge automation and smart solutions in the localisation space.

They’re now hiring a Product Manager to lead this new function—working at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and generative tools to reimagine how global content gets translated, reviewed, and delivered.

• Defining and leading the strategy for the AI Automation Lab

• Scoping and delivering AI tools to automate localisation workflows (e.g. quality estimation, post-editing, GenAI content generation)

• Making key “build vs. buy” decisions with structured evaluations

• Rapidly prototyping new tools and testing them in live workflows

• Collaborating across product, engineering, and linguist teams to ensure delivery

• Measuring impact across cost, quality, and delivery time

• Strong background in AI, machine learning, or natural language technologies

• Experience managing AI/tech-driven product initiatives, ideally in a fast-moving environment

• Comfortable working closely with technical teams without needing to code

• Analytical mindset—able to make data-led decisions and evaluate tools effectively

• Previous exposure to the localisation industry is a big plus

• You’ll be shaping something brand new, with the support of a forward-thinking leadership team

• Remote-first (UK-based), with occasional meetups in London

• Up to £80k salary depending on experience
