leading hospitality brands
.
The Job Working in partnership with the Product Director, you will have ownership of the
website booking and platform
experience, product roadmap, strategy execution and delivery. In a complex
product
area where availability, locations and payments meet, you will develop and execute a comprehensive digital product vision by c
reating
an easy purchase journey
with the strategic
objective
to
drive increased bookings and kick-off the guest experience with excitement and anticipation
. You will be obsessed with the digital guest experience and be laser -- focused on understanding their motivations,
behaviours
and needs.
Key
r
esponsibilities
will include
: Alongside the Product Director, develop
ing
and
execut
ing
a
comprehensive
digital
product vision and roadmap, aligning with business
objectives
. Establis
h
ing
and implement
ing
success metrics, ensuring the team are aligned and
are
delivering against these
pre-defined
OKRs. Stay
ing
informed of industry trends, best practices and perform regular competitive analysis. Conduct
ing
guest research across our ecosystem in venue and all digital touchpoints. Partner
ing
with Design to conduct usability testing and collect customer feedback as
required
through the product development process. Work
ing
closely with the Product Analyst to interrogate
behavioural
data to review success of product releases and
identify
development opportunities. Driv
ing
and manag
ing
a continuous development environment and product lifecycle. Collaborat
ing
with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements and specifications. Report
ing
on guest engagement across the ecosystem using reporting tools and present
ing
periodic reports to the team. Consistently apply product best practice and act
ing
as an advocat
e
of the product discipline.
To be successful
in
this role,
youll
: Have
solid
product management experience, ideally gained from
the
entertainment and
/or
hospitality industries
. Have
a proven
track record
of
successfully leading and delivering complex products and outcomes, ideally in conversion.? Be able to
d
emonstrate
a
s
trong analytical skill
set
,
along with
the ability to translate data and insight into actionable product strategies and roadmap
s
.? Have gained experience working in an agile development environment, employing iterative and data-driven methodologies.? Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across
different
functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. Have a
natural
entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.? Be a creative thinker and
